Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Kosas products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on all orders within 30 days of purchase. Only items purchased directly from Kosas.com are eligible for return.

Return Process

  Visit Our Returns Portal

  Head over to our online returns center and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Select Your Items

  Choose the products you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request to help us improve your experience.

• 3.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided and securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
